~~ yummy yummy 稻荷壽司~~ (2011.08.04)

歐屋    今天沒有趴踢
                                                                               
純粹是我嘴饞    阿哈哈哈哈
                                                                               
一直都好愛(也只愛)稻荷壽司
                                                                               
對其他壽司都沒啥感覺
                                                                                
                                                                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                                                
                                                                               
食譜 : 胖胖實驗室
                                                                               
材料 : 飯            約700g
         壽司醋          75g
         味霖             20g
         壽司用豆包    16個
         乾燥巴西利    少許
                                                                               
步驟 : 1. 飯+醋+味霖拌勻~包進豆包裡  DONE!!
         (耶?  一行就結束了???)
                                                                               
note : 好吃好吃   真的好好吃
          擺盤時覺得有點兒單調~就隨便煎了蛋皮~炒了紅蘿蔔絲上去
          有紅有黃  再來點綠吧~~就灑點巴西利(我不愛芝麻~)
          本來想自己做豆包的   但他只有現成的買~~
          唉唷  不曉得中超啥時會在補貨~  好想多買一些屯起來!!!!!
          分類要分啥好勒 還是煮食好了 至少我煮了飯!!! 還煎了蛋跟紅蘿蔔!

PS : 剛在觀摩別人的做法~  發現大家都是趁熱時就加醋ㄟ                           
       我的飯是放在冰箱過夜後沒加熱直接拌~                                       
       我是覺得醋味有進去啦~而且超好拌~沒黏黏的問題這樣~~
