  ~~起司捲~~(2011.07.05)

今天室友說要跟我學做麵包~
                                                                               
但其實胖胖也是小新手阿....
                                                                               
第一次做免揉軟式麵包
                                                                               
私以為他很像發糕...
                                                                               
第二次的奶酥
                                                                               
有進步了  但仍沒有麵包的膨鬆感
                                                                               
第三次就這次啦~~~
                                                                               
來看材料唄
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
食譜 : 參考 Carol ~
                                                                               
材料 : 高筋麵粉  270g
         低筋麵粉    30g
         酵母        1/2茶匙
         蛋           一顆
         牛奶        150cc
         糖           20g
         無鹽奶油  30g
         鹽          1/4茶匙
         起司絲    適量
                                                                               
步驟 : 1. 奶油切塊備用~ 除了奶油和牛奶~其他材料混勻~再慢慢加入牛奶
         2. 盡量把牛奶慢慢加完~形成一不黏手麵糰~加入軟奶油塊混勻
         3. 阿~打~ 甩甩甩~ 摔摔摔  死命的弄他~終於出現薄膜了(感動落淚)
         4. 滾圓~發1hr~戳洞沒彈回即可~把空氣拍出~再發20min
         5. 分成八等份~桿成一長條型~一半鋪上起司絲~對折~我扭~我擰(像擰濕衣服~)
         6. 放入烤盤~蓋濕布~再發1hr~ 180度~ 18-20min~~DONE!!
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
note : 看到薄膜出現~胖胖的心都要融化了~估計花了40-60分鐘~~
          然後桿呈長條形也是一小難題~他一直不斷縮回來....= =
          扭麻花是大難題!! 看看Carol圖片~我的是甚麼鬼....
          郎客阿~ 平平都是起司捲~怎麼差那麼多...
          有的還像狗骨頭(大哭)
          但麵包出爐後~胖胖簡直要飛上天~
          柔軟膨鬆的麵包~牽絲的起司
          阿  小綠綠是乾燥的Parsley~
