  ~~蔓越莓葡式蛋塔~~(2011.07.03)

食譜: 參考 drizzlelin 的配方
                                                                               
材料 : 現成酥皮一份(約2/3張)
         全蛋 x 3
         蛋黃 x 2(椰子球剩下的)
         鮮奶150g
         鮮奶油150g
         砂糖60g
         香草精1/2匙
         蔓越莓乾少許
                                                                               
步驟 : 1. 除了酥皮和蔓越莓乾~全部材料混勻~過篩兩次~放冰箱備用~烤盤(杯)
            抹薄薄一層奶油備用~蔓越莓乾切碎備用
         2. 酥皮大大一張桿開~捲捲捲成長條~再桿開~再捲捲捲~分成12等份
             (六份先放冰箱)~ 全部桿成適當大小放入模型中(邊緣稍厚點)~烤箱200度
            預熱約20min
         3. 蛋塔餡倒入約七分滿~ 200度 15min 下層~ 灑蔓越莓乾~ 10min 中層~ DONE!!
                                                                               
                                                                               
                                                                               
note: 今天這是用現成酥皮的配方~
         之前做過兩次塔皮(檸檬塔)很不滿意~又很累= =                              
         所以就決定用現成酥皮了  雖然他有股淡淡的我不喜歡的味道...(倒)
         這就是聚會的小點心啦~
         話說這熱量...這膽固醇.....恩....久久吃一次唄!
