  ~~椰子球~~(2011.07.03)

今天胖胖要跟同學吃飯~~                                                              

打算做椰子球跟蛋塔~
                                                                               
不過蛋塔還沒做好  哈哈


                                                                               
食譜: 參考chiangichen 的配方
                                                                               
材料 : 蛋白x2
         砂糖50g
         奶粉40g
         鹽1小匙
         椰子粉180g
         無鹽奶油30g
         檸檬汁少許
                                                                               
步驟 : 1. 蛋白+檸檬汁打到很多泡泡~砂糖分多次加入~打至乾性發泡
         2. 將奶粉. 鹽. 椰子粉. 融化的無鹽奶油加入拌勻
         3. 進冰箱休息30min~烤箱預熱180度~搓小圓球~放烤盤~
         4. 180度~約15-20分 DONE~!!!


                                                                               
note : 沒電動攪拌器好累阿....我的右手臂越來越健壯哩~
          我比原配方多加了奶粉~少加了糖~烤的時間也比較久~
          成品~~算成功吧?? 我好久沒吃椰子球  都快忘了它長怎樣哩......
