~~ 綜合莓果塔 ~~ (2011.08.15)

又有人生日哩!!!!
                                                                               
所以小胖胖又開始做甜點啦~~~
                                                                               
不過因為廚具都賣得差不多了
                                                                               
只好很克難的做了這個小塔兒~~~
                                                                                
                                                                                
My Dear Yufy~  Happy Birthday!!!                                             
                                                                                
                                                                                
                                                                               
食譜 : 參考Carol~  再很不專業的做了一些小變化~~
                                                                               
                                                                               
材料 : A. 塔皮: 無鹽奶油      150g
                      低筋麵粉      150g
                      椰子粉         100g
                      糖粉              50g
                      蛋黃               2個
                      牛奶              15g
                      鹽                 一咪
                      泡打粉        1/2小匙
                      香草精        1/2小匙
                                                                               
       B. 卡士達醬: 卡士達粉    4大匙
                          糖             4大匙
                          鮮奶油      300ml
                          牛奶         800ml
                                                                               
                                                                               
       C. 杏仁奶油餡: 無鹽奶油    60g
                             糖粉          60g
                             杏仁粉     100g
                             全蛋           1顆
                                                                               
       D. 覆盆子淋醬: 冷凍覆盆子 200g
                             糖               60g
                             檸檬汁         15g
                             吉利丁          2片 (約3g)
                                                                               
       E. 裝飾: 草莓~藍莓~薄荷葉~
                                                                                
                                                                                
                                                                               
步驟 : A. 塔皮:
          1. 奶油丁打成乳霜狀+糖粉+蛋黃+椰子粉+低粉+鹽+泡打粉+牛奶+香草精
             用刮刀拌勻,冷藏1hr (在每個+前都要拌勻唷~)
          2. 鋪在派盤上,戳洞,壓東西(我用米), 180度 10min,米移走, 5min
                                                                               
       B. 卡士達醬:
          1. 卡士達粉+糖+少量牛奶混勻~加熱+鮮奶油+剩下的牛奶~不斷攪拌
              到稠稠要凝固
                                                                               
       C. 杏仁奶油餡:
          1. 奶油丁弄成乳霜狀+糖+杏仁粉+蛋~混勻
          2. 鋪置放涼派皮  180度  20min
                                                                               
       D. 淋醬: 覆盆子+糖小火熬熬熬~差不多像醬時放檸檬汁~
                   快起鍋前放泡過冷水的吉利丁片~拌勻~放旁邊涼快去
                                                                               
       E. 組合: 順序是ACBD
          C 放涼後抹上卡士達醬~開始做裝飾~最後淋淋醬擺薄荷葉~  DONE!!!
          進冰箱睡覺啦~~~今天晚上要出來見客~~
                                                                                
  note: 歐歐屋~胖胖在塔皮還沒放涼時就鋪杏仁奶油餡了.....是直到剛剛在打步驟時才
           發現~阿哈哈哈哈   不過應該沒差(吧?)
           卡士達醬真的好好吃喔!!!
           本來要做草莓塔的~  可是想在旁邊擺一圈藍莓~然後因為上次買的冷凍覆盆子
           還沒用完   所以就變綜合莓果啦~~~  阿哈哈哈哈

 

是想營造項鍊的fu....哈哈哈

裡面五個貼紙是現成的~左上角的LOVE~右上角的愛心~中間的兩個女孩兒~和右下角的熊(是熊吧?)

其他就是自己弄得哩~

工具有: 打洞機~黑紙~紅紙~銀紙~鉛筆~口紅膠~剪刀~五張貼紙~和手染的紙(用在背面...)
