前幾個禮拜的下午茶party
                                                                               
同學準備了芋泥西米露~起司蛋糕~提拉米蘇
                                                                               
而我則是弄了蜜糖吐司與莓果乳酪塔~
                                                                               
蜜糖吐司實在太受歡迎
                                                                               
一上桌還沒拍照就瞬間消失了   連吐司盒也被啃光光~
                                                                               
哈哈哈   進入正題啦~~

 

食譜 : 參考 Carol~
                                                                               
材料 : A. 塔皮: 無鹽奶油      150g
                      低筋麵粉      150g
                      杏仁粉         100g
                      糖粉             50g
                      蛋黃             2個
                      牛奶             15g
                      鹽                一咪
                      泡打粉        1/2小匙
                      香草精        1/2小匙
                                                                               
       B. 內餡: 奶油乳酪      300g
                   糖                 80g
                   蛋                  1個
                   蛋黃               1個
                   優格              60g
                   低筋麵粉        36g
                   起司粉           12g
                   檸檬汁           1匙                                       

 

       C. 果醬: 綜合莓果      120g
                    蔓越莓汁       60g
                    糖                30g
                    吉利丁片      1.5片
                                                                               
步驟 : A. 塔皮:
          1. 奶油丁打成乳霜狀+糖粉+蛋黃+杏仁粉+低粉+鹽+泡打粉+牛奶+香草精
              用刮刀拌勻,冷藏1hr (在每個+前都要拌勻唷~)
          2. 鋪在派盤上備用(我有把他請回冰箱休息一咪下~)
                                                                               
        B. 內餡:
          1. 奶油乳酪隔水加熱拌成霜狀(離火)+糖+蛋&蛋黃+優格+低粉+起司粉+檸檬汁
          2. 倒入模中, 170度 30min , 鋪鋁箔紙(防邊邊焦哩) 續烤 10min 放涼
                                                                               
        C. 果醬:
          1. 綜合莓果+蔓越莓汁+糖+泡過水的吉利丁片拌勻
          2. 淋在表面~進冰箱睡去   DONE!
                                                                               
                                                                               
mote : 這個塔皮實在好合我胃口!!!
           胖胖的冷凍莓果還有剩~  可是塔模~蛋糕模都賣光光哩  他們該何去何從呢!!!
           乳酪餡配上微酸的果醬實在很搭!!!   降低了膩感
           回去該買個分離式塔模哩   我的邊邊被我弄的東缺一角西缺一角的(哭哭)
           下次呀   可能作熔岩蛋糕吧~    因為只剩下小杯子哩~~
